You’ve been named executor and you’re not sure where to start. That’s normal, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. In this free call we’ll talk through where things stand, what needs to happen first, and where we can take work off your plate: the banks, the paperwork, the records and the tax returns. You stay in charge of the decisions. We help you carry them out. You’ll leave knowing your next steps, whether or not you decide to work with us. Meet by phone, by video or at our Grimsby office.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Flexibility Life doesn't always follow a convenient timeline. If none of the available times work for you, call or text Shannon directly at 289-455-8558 and we'll find something that does. Appointment Confirmation Once you book, you'll get a confirmation email right away with your meeting details: a phone number, a video link or directions to our Grimsby office at 33 Main Street West. Cancelling or Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another family. You can reschedule from your confirmation email or reach Shannon by phone or text. Running Late If you're running late, send a quick text or email so we know to expect you. To respect the appointments that follow, the meeting will still end at its scheduled time. Our Commitment We know these situations can be unpredictable and emotionally draining. If something comes up and you can't give notice, reach out as soon as you can and we'll work it out together.
